Functional labs are optional and recommended only when they'll meaningfully change your plan. We order through vetted partners and pass through the lab's own price — there's no markup. Most clients run one to three panels.

How payment works
OLIV is an out-of-network, private-pay practice. We provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement, and services are typically HSA/FSA eligible. Payment is due at the time of each visit.
